Mission Statement

MISSION AND VISION
The Arizona Art Alliance Mission is to promote the visual arts through a collaboration
with member organizations, strategic partnerships, and community involvement.
1. providing member art organizations with artistic resources,
additional show venues and product marketing opportunities.
2. providing volunteer time, talent, instruction, supplies and financial resources to
community based art outreach programs that benefit children, youth
and/or adults with physical, mental and/or environmental challenges.
The VISION of the Arizona Art Alliance is to bring visual artist organizations together
to sell quality, affordable original art and to provide art education to the community.

Description

The Arizona Art Alliance is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization with a membership of over 20 art organizations that are made up of over 2500 artists. We were founded in the year, 2000. We promote the visual arts throughout the community by promoting and providing opportunities for the exhibition of the works of our membership through out the community.

We presently have four outreach programs reaching out with art mentoring and teaching to those in need in our Arizona Community. We service challenged youths with efforts such as "Extra Special Art", and "Opportunity House" programs. We service challenged Seniors with our "Caring Through Art Program". We service our Veterans with "Healing Through Art", our Veteran's Art Program. This program has recently expanded to 10 workshops per month held at different locations in the Phoenix Metro area.

It is through the Exhibition of our member artist's works that we are able to find the necessary mentors and teachers to carry out our outreach efforts to those in need.

We are an all volunteer orgainization with no paid staff or Board Members. We are truly grassroots and hands on!
