To ensure that every child can read at grade level by the end of grade three.

Description

Providing one on one reading tutoring toK-3 students whom the teacher refers, by trained community volunteers. During school hours a tutor sits with a child and reads to and with thier tutee. They play reading games and read aloud to the tutor.
