HATS is dedictaed to helping Lincoln County NC become a No Kill community by reducing the intake of homeless animals and increasing the outtake of healthy animals at Lincoln County Animal Services through various programs, efforts and education.

Description

HATS augments the efforts of the Lincoln County Animal Services by focusing on various aspects of the No Kill Equation. Our efforts focus on increasing the number of rescues and fosters leading to increase adoptions while simultaneously reducing the number of animal intake at the shelter. HATS accomplishes this through various programs such as:

  • Trap, Neuter, Release and barn cat programs for feral cats.
  • Low-cost spay/neuter programs
  • Pet retention efforts
  • Fundraising efforts
  • Adoption Events
