The City of White Plains Youth Bureau offers many programs for the youth of White Plains such as after school centers, Bits & Pieces Summer Tutorial Camp, and Youth Employment Services (Y.E.S.). The Youth Bureau also has a specialized Alternatives Program for middle school and high school youth to foster success in school.
