Dedicated to strengthening the partnership among parents, teachers and students to create an enriching school experience.

Description

We are a thriving and passionate PTA at Center Street Elementary School in El Segundo. Through our fundraising, we are able to provide amazing programs and activities for our students, teachers, and community, creating a great school experience for all. They include:

  • Book Fair
  • Ice Cream Social
  • Grades of Green
  • Love of Art Docents
  • Character Counts Leaders
  • Garden Docents
  • Room Parents
  • Red Ribbon Week
  • PTA Board and Chair positions
The funds we raise allow us to provide many of the following:
  • Smartboards and document cameras in ALL classrooms
  • First Day of School Breakfast
  • All new equipment for the Computer Lab
  • Teacher Appreciation Week
  • Field trips and assemblies for all grade levels
  • Family education nights
  • For the Love of Art program
  • Character Counts
