Mission Statement

To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Description

We enhance care and support, we advocate, we advance research. We provide Early Stage Programs for people in the early stages of memory loss. We have three support groups in Lane County. We hold educational classes about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We provide caregivers and families with comprehensive resources through our website, alz.org, and provide 24/7 telephone support through our Helpline (1-800-272-3900). We have an annual Walk to End Alzheimer's to raise funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.
