During these uncertain times, how can we help?

Sea Island Habitat for Humanity, the third-oldest Habitat for Humanity affiliate in the world, is an independent, nonprofit, ecumenical, Christian housing ministry that has served its community as an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International since 1978 and has provided housing for over 320 local families. We build simple, safe, decent homes for families that need a hand up, not a hand out.
Sea Island Habitat for Humanity relies on volunteers to achieve its goals of building new homes for families in need. It takes about 2000 hours of volunteer time to build a Habitat house. We build Tuesday-Saturday, and have all the tools and instruction you need!
You can also volunteer on Critical Home Repairs to help weatherize homes.
The Sea Island Habitat for Humanity ReStore is to generate funds to build Habitat homes on the sea islands of South Carolina; to recycle usable furniture, furnishings, household items, and building materials for purchase at reasonable prices; and to promote awareness of the program and work of Sea Island Habitat for Humanity.
