Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency that serves the low income populations of Northern Michigan. With offices in Traverse City, Cadillac, and Petoskey, NMCAA offers programs in home weatherization, homeless prevention, head start, early head start, food programs, Supportive Services for Veteran Families, home improvement, housing preservation grant, and financial management services.
