BIW INC is founded on the belief that each person when given an opportunity, will acheve signifcant personal, social and cultural growth through the arts and performing venues.

Description

BIW INC (Brenham Independent Winterguard) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the enrichment of individuals, 16 to 23 years of age, who wish to further their performance platform in the colorguard activity. It was founded to create a colorguard community of mutual respect for young adults that fosters learning, self-discipline, character development and self-esteem; and to promote the values of dedication, hard work, team work, integrity and pride of accomplishment through striving for excellence.
