Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality care for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife in order to successfully rehabilitate and return them to the wild, and to educate and involve the public in this endeavor so as to encourage the peaceful co-existence of man and animal.

Description

Outer Banks Wildlife Shelter is a non-profit organization that provides care for our local wildlife, from helping the injured to feeding the orphaned. We also have an education department that provides programs to community and civic organizations to teach them about our native wildlife.
