The UNITED STATES COAST GUARD AUXILIARY is part of the Coast Guard family....as the auxiliary assists the Coast Guard ~ - its members amplify the human resouces needed in to accomplish the mission of the USCG - auxiliarists receive the training needed for each task, including boating safety education, on-the-water skills, and emergency response assistance - members are supported by the fellowship among the auxiliary and in their contact with local Coast Guard personnel.
