Academics Through Athletics Foundation was founded to help mentor and prepare at-risk student athletes in the San Diego Area. We focus on academic support, athletic improvement, and citizenship. The founders of ATA has a long track record of helping area kids improve their lives and further their educations. We are always looking for kids that need help, kids can apply for help in the OUR PROGRAM section of this website. Financial support is our key to reaching out and helping more kids.

We've been helping mentor and showcase local athletes for years. We've been very successful, but we are trying to increase the chances of our kids obtaining college degrees. This foundations resources will enable us to add an academic support component, and deepen our mentoring process for at-risk local student athletes. We would like to equip each athlete with an academic toolkit to help them succeed. This "toolkit" would include personal tutoring along with online SAT/ACT Prep, and homework support
