Mission Statement

To beautify and thus change the public's image of lackawanna; to encourage residents to help the city return to it's former glory.

Description

All-Volunteer, resident-led organization aimed at keeping the city clean, desirable and thus encouraging investment by residents and businesses; preparing the city for an expected influx fo tourists in the comings years; encouraging elected leaders to pay more attention to the physical/asthetic needs of the city in terms of how it translates into investment.
