Mission Statement

Our Mission To offer Austin-area non-profit organizations pro bono project work utilizing the professional talents of Launch Pad Job Club and Austin Design and Visual Arts Network. We strive to provide our members with project work to assist in strengthening their resumes and LinkedIn profiles. This allows prospective employers to see pro-active individuals who are keeping their skills sharp while volunteering for worthy organizations - a true win-win for all.

Description

Leap to Success provides pro bono project work to Austin-area non-profits. We concentrate on short-term projects as we try to staff our projects from the talented professionals of Launch Pad Job Club, people seeking employment. Many of our projects are for creative requests - websites, logos, newsletter templates - so we must souce outside the club. Every project is overseen by a project manager who reports weekly on his/her project.
