Rays of Hope International is a licensed 501c3 located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Founded in 2000, our organization partners with like-minded individuals and organizations of all faiths to provide humanitarian aid to the global community.
Rays of Hope operates a 60,000 square foot warehouse of donated medical supplies from local hospitals and medical practices. Using our container ministry, these resources are shipped around the world and made available to distribute to schools, orphanages, and medical clinics. We strive to help organizations and individuals who need supplies but may not have the ability to send resources on their own. Rays of Hope is devoted to providing assistance to those in need using our time, energy, resources, and individual skill sets. Commitment to this mission includes customizable medical, construction, and mission trips to Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Burkina Faso, as well as water filter distribution and assistance to orphanages.
Our Grand Rapids location has everything from hospital beds to surgical gloves and just about everything in between. For a 5% donation of the total value of the equipment, organizations are invited to "shop" in our warehouse for the items their mission requires.
