Description

SouthernCare was established in 1995 for the sole purpose of meeting the growing demand for quality hospice care. Medical professionals largely agree that whenever possible a patient's home provides a more safe, less costly, and much more comfortable environment for medical care. SouthernCare provides registered nurses, chaplains, social workers, medical directors, home health aides, nutritionists, homemaker services, volunteers, licensed practical nurses, and physical/occupational/speech therapists.
