Mission Statement

The East 10th Street Civic Association, a community-led organization dedicated to the revitalization of the Indianapolis Eastside, works to stimulate growth through economic restructuring and the development of community and cultural resources impacting the City of Indianapolis.

Description

The East 10th Street Civic Association accomplishes a number of revitalization goals through community-wide engagement and support. Thanks to the volunteer efforts of dedicated community members, business and property owners, residents and city representatives, the Association facilitates property acquisition and development, administers free technical assistance for business development and growth, implements property improvement programs, and conducts corridor beautification projects.
