Mission Statement

It is the mission of Bread for Our Children Inc. to focus on the health & welfare of children by providing them with a jump start to healthy, nutritious food opportunities, and mental stimulation. We believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, which begins with a healthy diet and ends with ongoing mental and creative stimulation through arts and education. By instituting healthy eating practices we are forging strong bone development; better mind stimulation, and mental functions; as well as, positive oral hygiene intake at an age where best practices are easily forged. By developing the creative nature innately in children and stimulating their minds through helpful tutorial practices, BFOC believes we facilitate their growth into better stewards of the world.
