Description

CASA is a local non profit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing in North Carolina. CASA stands out among other affordable housing developers for two distinct reasons - we primarily focus on a unique niche: extremely low-income people with disabilities plus we are a hands-on landlord, committed to our tenants and their neighborhoods. Our goal for each of them is that they never face homelessness again. More than 20 years of experience proves high-quality permanent supportive housing means success for our tenants and for our communities.
