The mission of the Yavapai Family Advocacy Center is to reduce trauma to victims of abuse by providing a safe and supportive environment and facilitating a team approach to advocacy, investigation, and prosecution.

Description

The Yavapai Family Advocacy Center is an integrated victim-centered approach to family violence. The center is an innovative, comprehensive and coordinated approach to reduce victim trauma, integrate investigation, and enhance prosecution of sexual assault and child abuse crimes.


The Yavapai Family Advocacy Center is a project of Prevent Child Abuse Arizona (PCA Arizona). Their mission is to prevent the abuse and neglect of Arizona's children. PCA Arizona manages 15 projects, including the Statewide Child Abuse Prevention Conference, Forensic Interview Training, Yavapai Child Fatality Review Team, Healthy Families Institute, and Yavapai Families for Kids.
