Mission Statement

The goal of the Central Massachusetts Arts Assembly is to provide a free community-based one-day arts and music event featuring regional cultural organizations, businesses, restaurants, artists, crafters, street performers, and live bands. This has been expanded to include similar events throughout the year, including a Holiday Arts and Crafts market in December as well as youth outreach in the arts.

Description

The Central Massachusetts Arts Assembly host at leasts two major events per year, currently a cultural street festival in September and a holiday event in December. The street festival, called stART on the Street is in its 7th year in 2009 and will draw 25,000+ attendees from all over New England featuring over 275 arts and crafts vendors, live bands, street performers, youth activities and a food court.
