Forgotten Animals Rescue, Inc.

Our Mission

We at Forgotten Animals Rescue (FAR) have made a commitment to help animals on death row and the shelters in which they temporarily reside.

Our mission is to raise the much needed funds to rescue and aid in the rescue of animals on death row.

Our goal is to work with these shelters to find the necessary resources to reduce the number of animals being euthanized in Georgia.

Resources that include but are not limited to:

Sponsorship

Rescue and transfer to other no-kill shelters in Georgia and out of state

Set up spay and neuter programs

Search for foster homes and adopters

Contribute to medical and transport

Network animals for rescue and adoption

Our objective is to rescue, foster, place in adoptive homes, or other no-kill shelters as many animals as we possibly can.

Dogs and cats that are abused, abandoned, neglected, unwanted or homeless that might otherwise be euthanized.

We believe that the " forgotten animals of Georgia " should be given a chance to have healthy food, warm beds, proper medical and the special love that they all deserve.

Description

Rescues unwanted and homeless cats and dogs in Georgia. Provides foster care for animals until new loving adoptive homes can be found.
