Mission Statement
The Trauma Intervention Program is dedicated to insure that victims of traumatic events receive the immediate, on scene support they need.
Description
Specially trained TIP volunteers are called to incidents by local law enforcement, fire departments, and hospitals. These TIP volunteers provide emotional first aid and support to victims and their families for the first few hours following a traumatic event.
