Description

BOKS is a free before school physical activity program which aims to jumpstart a child's mind and prepare them for a day of learning. BOKS curriculum includes fun non-competitive games, running related activities, and nutritional bits. BOKS is in close to 1000 schools across the country and empowers individuals to become a Champion of Change (Lead Trainer) in their community to provide more access to physical activity for kids before school.
