Mission Statement

The Summit Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents and guests of Summit County.

Description

We fund other Summit County nonprofits in the areas of Art & Culture, Health & Human Service, Education, Environment and Sports. A Neighboring Community Program was begun last year. Nonprofits outside the county that are in towns which have a strong Summit County work base can also apply for grants. We have an endowment fund as well as annual campaigns and we hold several events through the course of the year to raise funds.
