PerFit Kidz, Inc. Is committed to preventing childhood obesity by developing events and programs that educate and encourage healthy eating, physical activity, & weight management. PerFit Kidz, Inc. Promotes healthier lifestyles that will help kids stay healthy and strong.

Description

We provide year-round activities that keeps kid's physically active. Since eating healthy and being physically active go together, we've created programs and events to help your child succeed in both areas.

Some of our programs include:

  • Daycare/Preschool Healthy Living Curriculum
  • Healthy Cooking Kid Friendly Classes
  • Running programs for 3rd- 5th grade students
