EARN YOUR VOLUNTEER HOUR CREDITS BY WORKING DIRECTLY WITH THE ELDERLY IN A HOME-LIKE SETTING
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is considering a career in geriatrics or who just enjoys working one-on-one with the elderly. We own and operate six board & care homes for the elderly, all located in the heart of West Hollywood. Our residents enjoy the energy and company that youth bring. Through our Volunteer Services Programs, student volunteers can earn credit for working one-on-one with the elderly in a professional home like setting.
Opportunities include: assisting a group of seniors in a living room setting to play games, assist with our therapeutic art programs, assist with exercise groups, read a book or newspaper with one elderly person or to a group of residents, assist them with music therapy, or perhaps even come up with a fun activity on your own with a group of residents.
