Mission Statement

Moore Square Gifted and Talented/AIG Basics Museums Magnet Middle School is a collaborative learning community commited to providing a rigorous learning environment that nurtures the gifts and talents of each child while preparing them for a 21st Century Global Society.

Description

We have adopted a GT/AIG Basics (Gifted and Talented and Intellectually Gifted Basics) magnet theme this year. Our new program will provide our students with the opportunity to explore, cultivate, and enrich their gifts and talents in multiple areas of study through elective course offerings.

Along with our new magnet theme, Moore Square will continue to utilize Museums and Paideia as best instructional practices in the classroom. Our local partnerships with state museums, government organizations, and cultural arts centers provide students with enhanced learning experiences that transcend the classroom walls.
