Mission Statement
The Empathy Project envisions a world where people live with compassion and respect for all people, not just friends and neighbors; for all animals, not just pets; and for the earth itself, not just one’s own home. Our comprehensive humane education program helps everyone to live an examined, intentional life so that what we do today, helps tomorrow.
If you share The Empathy Project's vision in a more compassionate and engaged humanity through education and community services , we offer many ways to make a tax deductible donation to directly support our mission. The Empathy Project is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization.
The World Becomes What You Teach
Description
The Empathy Project's mission is to instill the desire and capacity for children and adults to live their lives with compassion, integrity, and wisdom, and provide them the knowledge and tools to put their values into action in meaningful ways. Our programs enables those we serve to find solutions that work for all by approaching human rights, environmental preservation, and animal protection as interconnected and integral dimensions of a healthy, just society.
Our education and community programs are designed to create a world in which all living beings can live in harmony and peace.
