Mission Statement

Sports Made Possible is dedicated to providing individuals with disabilities the opportunity to play sports.

Description

Sports Made Possible in conjunction with Foothills Park and Recreation provides children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to play baseball. These children and adults can not play on an organized league.

Each player has a buddy. This buddy helps the player to play to the best of his/her ability and to protect the player while on the field.

Games are held on Saturday from April 14- June 2 (no games on Memorial Day weekend)

Games are at 9:30 Am - 10:30 am and 11:30 am

Fall season will begin in mid August thru the end of September.

Games are played on the Jason Jennings Adaptive Field, located in the Daniel Schaefer Athletic Complex, Kipling and 285, Denver (Littleton)

2006 was our first season and we had 42 players. This season our players have increased by 50% to 62. We anticipate that each season we will have an increase in players.
