Our mission is to close the achievement gap by preparing all students for college and career readiness, and success in a global society.

Description

Carol City Middle School is under new administration. We have inherited a school that earned a school grade of an "F" for a second year in a row based on Florida's school accountability grading formula. Our student population is 99% economically disadvantaged. This poverty level encompasses our biggest challenge for our students and their families. This year we have begun to rebuild, bring back traditions, set high expectations for academic achievement, and put systems in place for discipline. But we need wrap-around services and community support to help us beautify, and academically turn-around our school.
