To stimulate and encourage the active interest of its members in the civic, cultural, educational and social growth of their community.

Description

Women's organziation in 26th year providing community service and fundraising for local charities in the East Hartford and surrounding towns; one of approximately 60 junior women's clubs in CT belonging to Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. (parent); broke away from Federation of Women's clubs because of age limitation. Must be at least 18 years to join; no limit. Town residency not required.
