Mission Statement


To reach and serve communities affected by HIV/AIDS through education and prevention awareness.


To build the capacity of compassion for the HIV/AIDS communities that provides and expands culturally relevant programs and services for the African American and all other diverse populations.


The Organization & Services

InTime Ministries, "Reaching God’s People In Time," was founded in October 2000 and became a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 2007. It established ITM Health & Education Services (HIV/AIDS Outreach).

  • ITM provides and participates in community outreach programs for preventive educational awareness.

  • We share "real talk" with our youth/young adults about "at-risk" behaviors and protection.

  • Our adult population receives an awareness approach of preventive education to maximize a healthy lifestyle.

  • We advocate HIV testing; discuss peer pressure concerns, okay to say, "NO!"

  • Would consist of local work throughout California and the United States regarding education and prevention workshop, i.e., schools (charter/public/private), corporations, healthcare industries, pharmaceutical market, and non- and for-profit sectors.

  • Partnership and collaboration with these entities.

  • Work with Department of Health & Human Services and Public Health regarding HIV/AIDS testing mobile for ITM Health & Education Services (HIV/AIDS Outreach).

  • Pool -in/contact physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare personnel for the local work.

Handouts are distributed to obtain maximum outreach results. ITM is global minded but with a local outreach in mind that serves our diverse and multi-ethnic communities.

Project Goals & Objectives

  • Increase access and effectiveness of the HIV/AIDS preventive and educational services.

  • Maximize the amount of community-based resource development and strategic planning.

  • Population specific program developments.

  • Community mobilization and coalition building - collaborative partnership.

  • Culturally competent and linguistically appropriate materials.
