During these uncertain times, how can we help?

The Transitional Living Center is dedicated to providing transitional housing and supportive services for homeless women and children. In a spirit of justice and love, TLC promotes the growth and development of those it serves by empowering them to experience healing and wholeness.
TLC is housed in a beautiful historic brick building on Spokane's North side. This building was an old orphanage that was converted into 16 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms, and all with their own kitchen and bathroom. We can house up to 16 women and their children, and each family can stay for up to 2 years. The children must be between the ages of 0-12. The TLC staff is dedicated to assisting families in moving toward self-reliance and wholeness, and is on site 7 days a week. The women are required to attend a parenting program weekly, and a community group monthly. There are also case managers on site, as well as our daycare program EduCare, that provides both infant and preschool age programs.
