Our Sister Cities program strives to develop relationships between our partnerships by working with educational systems. We encourage a globalized environment, diplomacy, and international affairs. Sister Cities key role in the City of Sioux Falls is renewing and strengthening important global relationships in Eastern Germany and Northern Ireland.
