Los Cerritos Elementary School’s fundamental purpose is to create life-long learners by providing a quality education and a student-centered environment that promotes academic and socio-emotional learning, exploring and developing in a positive way.

We have been brought together to empower and enable all students of our community to become productive members of society. We strive and inspire all students to value their education.

All children are entitled to an environment where learning can and does take place by engaging all students no matter their ability or background. When a student experiences difficulty in learning, we collaborate as a team of educators to meet the needs of students by determining the best academic and behavior intervention plan to support their success.
