Mission Statement
A "one-stop shop" model of delivering services to people experiencing homelessness in our community. Project Homeless Connect began in San Francisco in 2004 and has grown into a national best practice with great potential for getting people off the streets and into housing. St. Paul/Ramsey County Project Homeless Connect is currently planning it's second event. This event comes together with the support of many social service agencies, the police department, government services, corporate sponsors and community volunteers.
