Description

Hospice agency provides home care to individuals that are at end of life. Symptom management, comfort measures, caregiving support and teaching, continuous care as needed. The team of indiviuals caring for the individual consists of RN and LVN nurses, Certified Home Heath Aide, Medical physician, Soclal Worker, Spiriitual Counselor and Vonunteer.
