Extension in Cook County hopes to motivate individuals and communities toward education, civic involvement, and healthy living, thereby increasing the county's viability in the twenty-first century.

Description

The mission of the Science Volunteer program of Cook County Extension is to provide engaging scientific education to underrepresented populations. Science Volunteers will use their technical backgrounds and demonstrated expertise, as well as Extension's training, to bolster science education and offer technical assistance throughout Cook County.
