Our mission is to provide 24 hour listening, information and referral services using highly trained volunteers.
Highly trained volunteers answer almost 20,000 calls each year from those in need. Since beginning 47 years ago, CONTACT Helpline has provided information, referral, and active listening with a non-judgmental, objective perspective to over 643,000 callers in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Franklin and Adams counties, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. CONTACT Helpline's database includes over 14,000 human and social service listings.
