Description
The Santa Barbara Ocean Festival occurs on the first Saturday in June in conjunction with World Oceans Day. Marine organizations and ocean-related non-profits will host educational booths at the festival. Admission is free to the public.
Attendees will circle the marine education booths on a "Quest for Knowledge" in order to learn more about the ocean in our enviornment, and enter to win regular prize drawings throughout the day.
A Community Concert, Sand Bar, Kids Fun Zone and Arts & Crafts Fair round out the festivities for the one-day event at West Beach, Santa Barbara.
