Description

Markham Gardens is Staten Island's premier apartment community. Markham Gardens has 240 low-income units that are set on a beautiful 12-acre site with tree-lined pedestrian walks, landscaped gathering, and recreational areas. Markham Gardens’ groundbreaking energy-efficient design makes us Staten Island's "greenest" community. Our 7,500 square foot community building includes a resident lounge, computer center, classrooms, and indoor basketball court. The community building hosts many family programs such as: reading, sports, adult socials, exercise and more.
