Mission Statement The Aryana Healthcare Foundation, supports medical care to the impoverished and indigent citizens of Northern California. The foundation provides these individuals with the following: Physician office visits, urgent care, X-rays, MRI, CAT Scan, Ultrasound, vaccinations, and surgery, etc. at little or no cost to the qualifying individual. The foundation believes "all citizens should be allowed healthcare whether they can afford it or not".

Volunteer Descriptions Admissions Concessions - Coordinates the activities of the volunteer organizations that work the various concessions stands. Gates - Greets our guests, checks credentials and offers information at the various gates. Finance - Sells tickets at the gates and Will Call and works closely with Gates committee. Information - Committee members distribute and sell course information guides and assist guests with their questions and needs. Will Call - Distributes tickets left by players, VIP guests, corporate purchases and pre-sale. Raffle - Sells raffle tickets to the public inside the tournament. Operations Carts - Distributes and collects the event golf carts each day. Weekend prior to play, chairpersons organize and label carts. Course Refreshments - Responsible for stocking the South Course tee boxes and volunteer refreshments areas. Setup assistance needed Sat/Sun prior to event for 3-4 hours. General Construction - Responsible for pre-tournament set-up projects on course and with tournament facilities. Parking - Coordinates the groups that park cars, as well as greets the guests, answers information and works with the transportation for each lot. Radios - Distribute, manage and collect radios Signage - Places and removes directional road signage on and off the course. Scoring Caddies - Scoreboards - Responsible for posting the players’ scores on the leader boards located on the golf course. Security Marshals - Assigned to various holes, positions and areas of the golf course, including walkways, clubhouse and driving range. VIP Transportation - Transports players, officials and VIPs to and from the golf course, airport and hotels. Mobile Device - This duty requires stamina and ability to walk and be on your feet all day with personal attributes of common sense, good temperament, outgoing, friendly, assertive but polite; courteous and willing to interact with spectators while informing them of the Mobile Device Policies, pointing out locations where phones may be used or not used on the course. Limited number needed on Wednesday. Thursday through Sunday, 50 needed daily in 6 hour shifts. Hospitality Corporate Hospitality - Assists staff and vendors in assuring that all the needs of our corporate patrons are met. Golf Events - Handles all of the details of The Tournament. Ambassador of Golf Event - Assist with event on the evening of the event. Photography VIP Photographer - Assures all celebrities are photographed during and after event Photograher - Assures all players are photographed during and after event
