With 97% of our parents reporting a positive improvement in their children thanks to mentoring, we encourage the community to make this commitment to youth who need a friend in the greater El Paso area.

Our agency's role is to welcome volunteer mentors (and other volunteers!), families, and youth who are interested in enrolling. We work hard to make this process fun, friendly, and effective.

Once we've gotten to know our participants through interviews and training, we seek out a good "match" between children and volunteer mentors from all walks of life. Many of the relationships initiated by Big Brothers Big Sisters programs across the U.S. represent the beginning of lifelong friendships.

As a local non-profit organization, initiated in El Paso by El Pasoans and based on a national model, we strive to provide excellent stewardship and transparent fiscal accountability. We measure the impact of our volunteers and believe that investments in evidence-based programs such as ours, is one of the best investments community members and companies can make.
