The HARP Foundation was founded as a 501 (c) 3 corporation with the mission "to enhance and enrich the infrastructure of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo and transform it into a cultural, educational, economic, recreational and social centerpiece."

Description

The HARP Foundation was formed in 1995 to provide fundraising support for the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo. To date, the HARP Foundation has raised more that $32 million for the continued expansion and program development for the Rivewalk.
