The mission of REJOICE, Inc. Resource Center for Families is to "Equip and Empower Individuals and Families for Excellence and Service. The REJOICE, Inc. staff offers support for emotional and physical needs to help families and individuals get back on their feet and stay on their feet.

Description

REJOICE, Inc., serving Jefferson, Orleans and the River Parishes was founded in November, 2003 and incorporated on January 20, 2004 as the nonprofit, 501(C)(3) outreach of New Birth Cathedral of Glory Ministries. The founders are Pastor Richmond Edwards, Jr. and First Lady Debra H. Edwards, both retired educators, who saw the need to assist their members and the community in maximizing their potential.
