Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) has been fighting to stop the preventable devastation of drunk driving for over 25 years. In New Jersey alone, thousands are directly affected each year by 270 alcohol-related crash fatalities and 10,000 injuries. MADD provides free supportive services for all victims, including one-on-one grief support, court accompaniment, information about the criminal justice system, literature, and support groups. MADD volunteers educate children, students and parents, honor outstanding law enforcement professionals and work to strengthen the laws and penalties that are proven to prevent drunk driving.
