LiLY focuses on community-driven care for the oldest neighbors.
Description
We support very old New Yorkers, most living alone, by forging friendships, social connections, and meeting urgent needs. LiLY operates in Morningside Heights and West Harlem, rallying the community to put a spotlight on improving the quality of life for our elders. LiLY's services are free and we rely on a large corps of trained volunteers.
