Mission Statement

To spread the word re DTLA neighborhood council, get more people engaged in DTLA, and do some good in our neighborhood.

Description

I'm LA born & raised and spent a lot of time in DTLA as a kid. It's near & dear to me and I want to help make it great again with public-private partnerships for-

  • More open/green space, i.e. Dog Parks, urban gardens/parklets, & re-doing Pershing Square
  • More public transportation options, i.e. bike rental kiosks & more DASH more often
  • Stronger community, i.e. more farmer's mkts, bldg to bldg bowling/dodgeball, more live music
  • More local business incl. retail, tech & grocers (helps fund some of these investments)
  • Real, positive solutions to homelessness - the status quo is bad for everyone
  • Making affordability a key consideration in all we do
  • Cleaner, safer, greener streets
