SLS MISSION STATEMENT

THE MISSIONOF SLS IS TO HELP AS MANY LOW INCOME PEOPLE IN CONNECTICUT AS POSSIBLE UNDERSTAND THEIR LEGAL PROBLEM, PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TOOLS TO SOLVE THEIR LEGAL PROBLEMS THEMSELVES, OR REFER THEM TO ANOTHER PROVIDER OF LEGAL SERVICES FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

Description

SLS is a statewide legal aid program dedictated to helping low - income people help themselves with legal problems. We are attorneys and paralegals. we network with other legal aid and private law offices to provide the best and fullest possible array of services we can given our limited resources. Volunteer lawyers, paralegals and law students are an important component to our mission.
